Training with exercises, cases and assessed knowledge

Programmes for leadership, security professionals and investigators — adapted to prior knowledge, mandates and cases from the client's own environment.

IVSR prepares training for leadership, security professionals, investigators, compliance teams and other professional groups. Each programme is adapted to the participants' prior knowledge, their mandates and cases from the client's own environment.

Beyond lectures it can include practical tasks, simulations, case studies and assessment. Programmes include: OSINT from foundations to advanced source analysis; digital material and forensic readiness; internal investigations and case management; the investigative and cognitive interview; trade-secret protection and operational security; cyber-risk governance, ZInfV-1 and NIS2 with crisis exercises; safe and accountable AI use; integrity and whistleblower protection; behavioural threat assessment and first response; online child safety for organizations.

Possible scope

The scope follows the questions the engagement must answer — not the other way round.

  1. 01A needs analysis and an assessment of participants' prior knowledge.
  2. 02A programme adapted to the client's roles, mandates and risks.
  3. 03Practical tasks, simulations and case studies from the working environment.
  4. 04Knowledge assessment and feedback to participants.
  5. 05Materials for continued use inside the organization.
  6. 06A proposal for further professional development.

You receive

A needs analysis, the programme, materials, practical tasks, knowledge assessment, feedback and a proposal for further professional development.

Who it is for

For companies, public authorities, municipalities, educational institutions, professional associations and international partners.

Limitations and boundaries

  • Attendance or a passed assessment can be certified under the rules of a specific IVSR professional scheme. The word "accredited" is used only where a valid, demonstrable external accreditation exists.

A confidential introductory conversation

Every engagement starts with a confidential conversation in which we jointly verify the purpose, the authority and the feasibility. Only then do we propose the scope and the way of working.
