Fuel Loss Prevention (FLP)

Fuel loss prevention (FLP) projects are where it all began. Over the past two decades, the IVSR team has worked closely with companies in the oil and gas industry, helping them reduce product losses from theft, fraud and mismanagement. We address these issues at the strategic level by establishing clear FLP frameworks, and at the operational level, where our colleagues assist with investigation, control and training. On the topic of fuel loss prevention, we have also worked with state authorities and agencies to help them calculate the scale of losses and the size of the grey market in the country's oil and gas sector.
